Global technology client, Huawei was growing fast, with rapid expansion across Europe. Havas Studios was appointed in January 2020 to manage all of Huawei’s Western European region, covering 11 markets. Internally at a central WEU level, there was an urgent need for a new model to solve campaign implementation and delivery-focused challenges. For Huawei, we have cultivated a partnership that delivers cost and quality, with benchmarked pricing that works for all markets.
A partnership between the Havas Creative teams and Havas Studios drove increased efficiencies by leveraging customer data to deliver precision marketing. We adopted Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) to create hyper-relevant communications for their audiences, working in an agile manner to deliver three dynamic digital campaigns over seven weeks, monitoring and optimising the performance of the campaigns in real-time, to increase consumer engagement through increased relevance.
