Creating meaningful digital experience
In 2018, ekino became a key strategic and delivery partner for JLL’s ongoing, EMEA wide Online Market Program (OLM). We were tasked with transforming the brand from a classic broker model to a best-in-class digital model, that mirrors B2C real estate best practice (such as Zoopla and Rightmove). Our work covers the full end-to-end activities including Research/UX and Creative Design as well as Development and Data/Analytics. At the end of 2019, the platform has seen a jump of +24% in conversion rate and +31% enquiries. The platform is now live in 12 countries.
One of the UK’s largest supermarket chain, Sainsbury’s, have been dedicated to helping their customers live well for less since 1869. However, research showed that customers’ perception of their food's quality did not match their stellar heritage. To change this they partnered with ekino to create the UK’s number one online food network, building a community designed around the emotional and practical needs of consumers. Sainsbury’s recipes receives millions of unique users every quarter and has continued to steadily grow, adding users, functionality and recipes month after month. Additionally, with continuing optimisation and personalisation, the average single order value generated through the site has neared the equivalent to the average shop at Sainsbury's.
