A global initiative focused on empowering women and helping them accelerate the progression of their careers. The programme is a unique combination of career vision setting, leadership awareness and development.

We all need support for our mental health and wellbeing sometimes, and our approach is one of "prevention rather than cure".

We know that looking after your mental health and wellbeing is very personal – what works for one person, is different from the next. That's why we built our bespoke, award-winning Havas Equalise programme for health and wellness.

​

It is focused on helping relieve workday stress and making healthy wellness something we can all enjoy every day.​

The jewel in Havas Equalise's crown is our Wellness Lounge. The Wellness Lounge sits within the heart of our building and is a mental health sanctuary; a safe place to take a break. In 2020, we rapidly moved the whole programme online to provide around the clock support for everyone working from home during incredibly difficult times.

Entry level programmes

Havas Doorway​

Havas Doorway events are immersive day experiences to drive awareness of, and accessibility to our industry. Run with partner schools and community groups, they offer an insight into what it’s like working at Havas as well as the career journeys of people across the UK Village. The events include a workshop where participants respond to a real agency brief, bringing what we do to life. Doorway events also signpost live opportunities at Havas, including entry level roles and internships – a literal doorway into our business!​

HKX Platform

If you're an aspiring creative, strategist, or you're not quite sure what you want to do but you like the look of what you've seen, then check out HKX Platform.​ This unique placement is aimed at entry-level candidates from diverse backgrounds. ​ A three-month crash course in communication for people to gain industry experience; you'll be positioned in the heart of agency life, part of the team working on real briefs and for real clients every day.
